I
love this sandal. I have arthritis in my ankles and as a
result suffer with ankle and foot swelling. The straps are
adjustable and the footbed is comfortable too. I just wish
these sandals had more of a variety of colors to choose from
(i.e., white, blue, pink). This is a good casual shoe. It has
a lot of cushion and arch support for a relatively flat
footbed. I have very sensitive feet and this shoe was
comfortable with no rubbing from the very beginning. If you
like the fit and feel of Merrells you will like this shoe.
This is an attractive shoe, it looks good casual or dressy I
do like the way it looks. I am not happy with the way it
wears, when walking on uneven ground my heel slips off, not
good. I wanted a good walking sandal to wear anywhere. This is
not it. I also don't care for the microbial microfiber footbed,
it has a chemical smell which wafts up to me. I thought it
might smell less with wear but it hasn't. So for me it is not
my perfect summer sandal.
Wears this shoe: To town, work
I like the arch support but would prefer even more in a higher
arch similar to the arch support of Merrell Spire Stretch
shoes. I like the softness of the straps and the color I
chose, however straps are loose and cannot be adjusted unless
I go to a shoe repair shop. Overall a comfortable fit compared
to recent sandals purchased.
